At Madame Tussaud's Hollywood, Everyone is a Super Star!

I love living near Hollywood because of the many opportunities I have to meet celebrities, attend shows, and even to get in on the action now and then. Lots of people I know who live in Los Angeles have some tie to “the industry.” I go to movie screenings all the time. I have even had the chance to be on the red carpet. 

But, what if you don’t live here? What if you or your friends do not work in the entertainment field? Everyone should be a superstar! Well, I have good news for you!

Hob nob with the greats. Rub shoulders with the stars. Smile for the camera. Walk the red carpet. Take a selfie like Ellen and Bradley Cooper, and more!

Where? How? When? You ask.

I know a place on Hollywood Boulevard where all the action is, it is right next door to the World Famous Chinese Theater, Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, and the home of the Oscar’s – the Kodak Theater…it’s Madame Tussaud’s.

When I am at Madame Tussaud’s I feel like a celebrity. Who wouldn’t? In fact it is better than the real deal because you get to walk right up to the celebrities, take as many pictures as you want, and there are no handlers, no press, no lines. If you don’t like how you look in your selfie, just take a do over. (The wax figures can’t sign autographs, but that is a minor setback. You can take a photo of yourself holding a pen and autograph book…the possibilities are endless!)

With a little imagination and an attitude set for fun – the Hollywood spirit comes alive at Madame Tussaud’s.

Madame Tussaud’s has everything you love about Hollywood – movies, television, music, sports, and legendary celebrities. It took me and my family a few hours to see everything we wanted to see. We took tons of photos and we enjoyed the 4-D Marvel Super Heroes Movie. The 4-D experience is worth it if you love surprises. The overall experience at Madame Tussaud’s is entertaining, and fun. They have a big gift shop at the end and tons of movie and entertainment licensed merchandise and souvenirs to buy. So, if you are just visiting, on vacation, or just feel like hanging out with some celebrities, Madame Tussaud’s is the place to go.

The admission price is a little steep at $29.95 for adults. If you plan ahead you can get 30% off by purchasing your tickets online. Admission includes the 4D Marvel Super Heroes Movie.

I am looking forward to going again and seeing the One Direction exhibit!
